Nadia Kellner, RYT 200
My passion for yoga started in 2015 when I discovered the physical and mental benefits of this ancient practice. I decided to deepen my understanding and knowledge of yoga by pursuing yoga teacher training in 2017; further exploring the philosophy of yoga and fundamentals of human anatomy. I enjoy teaching yoga to people of all ages and different backgrounds. I perceive yoga as a journey of constant learning about self and others. I teach yoga to extend kindness and compassion to my community.
I received my 200-hour teacher training at Bliss Body Yoga, Raleigh, North Carolina. My training is inclusive to different types of yoga, such as older population and prenatal. I am also trained in Metta meditation. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation in my yoga teachings and practice. My approach is focused on making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of physical challenges and experience level.
I am a professional three-dimensional artist. I enjoy creating and building sculptural forms from the ground up. I like to read, learn, and constantly expand my knowledge. Yoga has been beneficial to my creative soul and artistic energy in combining yoga with art.
