Ingrid Speed, RYT 200, M.A.


My yoga practice began in 2013 when I was trying to incorporate more stretching into my workout routine. My routine then consisted of weight training, running and boxing. While I enjoyed my sporadic yoga practice, it wasn’t until I built some consistency that I really began to connect with the inner speaking of Yoga.

I completed my 200 hour training in Manhattan Beach, California under Mukti Yoga at The Green Yogi.

My teaching style is to guide students through asanas using a Vinyasa style approach. I incorporate mindfulness, self- awareness, and visualization along with breath work to move into and out of poses. In my classes you can expect to be challenged to find new places within your own spirit and within the limits of your own body.

I enjoy exploring ways to incorporate yoga into sports and specifically for athletes. I have a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology, so I am always seeking new ways to intertwine yoga and sports performance. In my free time, I can be found reading, spending time with my 2 dogs and family, or enjoying the outdoors and sunshine.
