The goal of our classes is to improve physical and mental strength, flexibility, and balance, to reduce stress, and to have students leave with a sense of well-being and peace. To support that goal, mindfulness is an integral part of each class. Also, some teachers may offer gentle hands-on adjustments to help students deepen their practice.
Most of our weekday classes are 75 minutes long, except for our lunchtime classes, which are 60 minutes. Our weekend classes are typically 90 minutes.
